Call for Applications: Non-Sponsored Symposia
at WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2027 - Vienna

The ESCEO and IOF invite applications to organize a one-hour Non-Sponsored Symposium (NSS) during the WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2027 Congress in Vienna.

• All proposals will be reviewed by a panel chaired by the Congress Scientific Chairs.
• Selection will be based on the relevance, scientific merit, and overall quality of the proposed symposium.
• Please note that while ESCEO-IOF will provide the venue and basic AV equipment, all other costs related to the symposium are the sole responsibility of the organizer.
• Each selected NSS will be granted up to two complimentary full registrations for the WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2027 Congress. The NSS organizer is responsible for ensuring that all additional speakers are fully registered for the Congress.

Submission Deadline: November 27^th, 2026
Notification of Selection: During the first week of December
Conditional Approval Notification: Around December 10, 2026

Final approval will be confirmed upon receipt of all abstracts by the Congress Secretariat (January 2027).

Please note: It is the sole responsibility of the NSS organizer to ensure that all invited speakers are duly registered to attend the Congress.
