Registrations FAQ
You are indeed able to register 2 or more delegates at the same time as a “Group Registration” by clicking the dedicated button on the Congress Registration Platform: https://registrations.wco-iof-esceo.org/
You will then be the contact person for you group but each delegate will receive its personal access badge and credentials a few days before the start of the Congress.
You must first be duly registered to the WCO-IOF-ESCEO
Then, in order to request an Invitation Letter, please log in to your registration dashboard (https://registrations.wco-iof-esceo.org/). Next to your registration, you will see an envelope icon. By clicking on this dedicated button, you will be prompted to provide passport details.
Once completed, the Invitation Letter will be sent to you via email.
If you are a student or trainee, you should select the appropriate “Student” category while processing to your registration.
You registration status will then appear as “Unverified”.
In order to complete your registration, you have to send a signed certification from your supervisor/mentor to prove your student status to registrations@wco-iof-esceo.org
We do not grant any special registration discount for poster presenting authors.

Any registration to the Congress enables virtual attendance to all the sessions taking place in the main two Auditoriums (Aud A and B) and access to on-demand videos that will be available on the platform during 3 months after the congress.

For any cancellation request, please refer to the Congress Policy available on https://www.wco-iof-esceo.org/register.
The PDF access badge and credentials will be individually sent by email a few days before the start of the Congress via the email address registrations@wco-iof-esceo.org.
In order to speed up your entrance in the Congress Center, you are asked to print your access badge at home, in color and at 100% scale. When arriving on-site, you will then only need to pick a badge holder and head towards the entrance of the Exhibition Space to have your badge scanned.
If you are not able to print your badge properly before coming to the Congress, there will be self-printing desks in the Registration Area of the Venue.
Would you need any help, do not hesitate to ask for assistance at one of the hostesses.
Your certificates will be available on the Congress Platform (https://econgress.wco-iof-esceo.org/) a few days after the end of the Congress. You should log in with your personal credentials received by email and click on the dedicated “Certificates” section.
Regarding the physical Attendance Certificate, you need to have your badge scanned at the entrance of the Exhibition Area to be able to download it.
Regarding the virtual Attendance Certificate, you need to watch the sessions online via the eCongress Platform (https://econgress.wco-iof-esceo.org/) to be able to download it.
Regarding the CME Certificate, you need to properly fill in the Evaluation Form online and have you Attendance Certificate accessible before being able to retrieve it.
The number of CME Points you are entitled for virtual participation depends on the duration of the sessions you have watched online on the eCongress Platform.
